hp smart install的功能是自动检测电脑中是否安装了打印机驱动程序。开启的状态下，打印机开机后会自动检查电脑中是否有m351打印机驱动，这样有可能会影响到电脑和打印机端的正常通讯，电脑端的驱动出现异常现象。所以当电脑端出现异常现象时，将此功能关闭即可。
