My choice is usually HP399E44 ENVY 6400 series' or something close. I highlight it and click add printer. What I get back about 20 minutes is 'HP399E44.hsd1.wa.comcast.net (HP ENVY 6400 series)' and next line says 'Driver is unavailable'. Hope this helps. DELTABCO Up...
