没有引导光盘，其实虚拟化的跟现实的一样的，检测下你的光盘和bios引导顺序。
如果你只是创建的了虚拟机，并没有安装系统那这个就是正常提示（没系统怎么启动），你可以在虚拟机属性里把光驱设置为你下载的系统安装ISO文件，启动顺序也改为光盘优先。
