一、定义 手足口病是由多种肠道病毒(A组柯萨奇病毒和肠道病毒71为主)引起的婴幼儿(6个月到5岁)的常见传染病,多在夏季发病,大多症状轻微,以发热和手足口等部位的皮疹或疱疹为主要特征。少数严重者出现神经系统/呼吸系统损害,导致无菌性脑膜炎,脑炎,急性弛缓行麻痹,神经源性肺水肿和心肌炎,个别进展快,易发生死亡。
