一旦回国了,USCIS会认为你的change of status petition被abandoned了。 1 如果在你回国期间,H-1B被拒了,而OPT又已经过期,那么你就无法再合法入境。 2 如果在你回国期间,H-1B被拒,但你的OPT、I-20和EAD卡都没有过期,那么你还是可以用F-1 Visa 再回到美国的。
