可以使用CP2K默认构建的版本或自行编译OpenMPI，确保兼容性与所需版本满足其他软件需求。安装CP2K：根据Gromacs编译时给出的额外参数选择安装组件。使用toolchain进行安装，确保安装过程中选择正确的组件和参数。若cosma组件在联合编译时出现问题，可选择不安装。其他组件的安装需根据实际需求和对应的LIBS参数进行。
