显卡太差了，至少要7300GT128M的，重新买换显卡升级吧。还有就是看看你装的DIREXTX是否是9.0C了。
很简单，安装目录不能是中文（就是你游戏文件所在的文件夹）
问题补充：改了兼容性也白搭。 那你就把兼容性改一下，单击右键生化的图标，点属性里的兼容性，改成windows95的就ok了
