Depends what the purpose is with finding the conversations but if it is for compliance reasons conversations are saved in user mailbox, files in OneDrive and Sharepoint. You should look into retention policies and litigation hold. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/retention-polic...
