添加权限。espeasy禁止休眠可以在Manifest.xml文件里面用user-permission声明，在添加权限即可。espeasy主要为ESP芯片设计，像ESP8266-12E这种也在支持，ESPEasy可以通过web操作的方式，实现ESP芯片多种功能。
