So I would need to see if I can use the confirmed HDMI connection to dual with a VGA, and to also test the configuration of the known working VGA (single) to dual with another analogo monitor that I know works by itself. But I am unable to test this second configuration...
The old monitor has HDMI as well as DVI and i have tried the cable in that too, and still the same, so its nothing to do with monitor drivers etc as the old HP one works fine with DVI but not with the HDMI Is there anything i can do to change settings etc and get them working...
Now, there could be a problem with the DVI port on the monitor as well, not sure if you have the option to test it with a different device to rule out that possibility. Which Windows version are you using? Please let me know the results of trying the steps above. Any questions, ...
