I haven't played Vampyr yet, but i had similar result in Euro Truck, my internal monitor (laptop) worked fine, but an external would give me some strange lines. I went to the monitor settings Menu>Auto-adjust, it fixed some, but not all. Also, i'm on the AMD side so... Mess...
