现在假肢都进了dmg..我猜dmg的本意是让dm和pl能更好的设置一些风格化的npc或pc,在故事背景就带有残疾,或者让玩家在剧情关键节点作为xx的代价伤残。而不鼓励在正常战斗中让玩家伤残(就算是5e有这个规则也几乎没人开)
