New PC, New Install, fuck windows. Keyboard inputs sticking, mouse randomly ceases functioning. Its always for one or two seconds. Can't use start menu search. Wallpaper displays incorrectly on startup and does weird shit until I move the position of the task bar, then the wallpapers...
