I used the Kirkland brand organic peanut butter sold at Costco. It’s creamy (which I prefer), but you can use any chunky or creamy peanut butter you like. If you use natural peanut butter, be sure to stir it well, so you have a smooth consistency. Can I use almond butter instead?
