通常,Switch(这边指Layer 2 的 Switch)只处理 Data Link Layer 的 Protocol,而 Router 和 Host 都是处理 IP 的。而 Switch 根本不处理 IP ,或者说不处理 Network Layer 的 header 。当 package 往下送的时候,每一个 Ptotocol 为了与对方(Peer)沟通,必须将自己与对方沟通的资料添加在 Package 的 Header 里。
