腕管综合征是引起上肢神经受压最常见的原因,是由于正中神经在腕管内受压所致。该病最主要的临床诊断表现为典型的正中神经分布区域即桡侧三个半手指(拇指、示指、中指及环指桡侧半)的针刺及麻木感。疼痛,表现为深在的、较严重或是有搏动,向手部,有可能向更远的前臂呈辐射状放射。鱼际肌萎缩常见于神经受压的晚期。
