你这个应该是连接自己本地的数据库。首先要有网才能连接上本地数据库。随便什么网都可以。然后检查下IP地址，如果没有输错，IP地址试试localhost,也是本地连接的意思。然后检查下端口，一般是3306。最后看下用户名和密码，是不是用户管理里面没有添加你的用户名和密码。用户名和密码都试试root，root。
