i may have used one or two of these dried chilis in a batch of green tomato chutney a few weeks ago, but i honestly can’t remember. i’m hoping if i had, i would have noticed mold. if i didn’t, would 1 or 2 moldy chilis spoil the whole batch (5 pints total)? thanks!
