I haven't looked at DDR5 for a while but when I bought mine 6000Mhz was the 'sweet spot' for AM5 builds. I would grab a 32Gb kit (2 x 16) for normal use / gaming. Stick to major brands like Kingston, G-Skill, Crucial and Corsair - with Expo. More if you need it for work...
