有可能你的设置有问题。有个方法也是我朋友教我的。把上传设置为50KB 看个人人品问题了。我也是电信ADSL 我设置了20KB 下载限量是 200 （太快没好处 伤硬盘）你网快的话可以设置300到500 这个很重要。 还有你下的BT种子没多少人。当然速度提不上去了。找个热门的网站下吧。
