Well 5% of £31.28 is not £2, it's £1.56.Speed has dropped/been capped from 47mb to 42mb on a good day.Had internet cut out, did the fault test, got an engineer who hung up on me after declaring I was within my minimum speed of 36mb+ (I was at 30mb at the time)....
