你用的是windows vista 吧。解决方法，u盘一个，U盘启动工具（如大白菜U盘启动，百度搜索u盘启动，有很多软件）一个。在另一个能进入系统桌面的电脑上，运行U盘启动工具，将程序安装在U盘上，然后在出故障的电脑，开机F12(可能是别的键，不同电脑不一样），BIOS设置U盘启动，接着按提示修复即可。
