NPC, they're still damaging me, in this case, im in Magma Village and im fighting the Mil. Spy, I'm a lvl 338 and Mil. Spy's are 325. Same with the Mil. Soilders, it was only once I hit lvl 325 that the Logia (Elemental) only started working. Is this a bug or intentional...
