JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. (AP) — Missouri's House on Monday passed a bill to allow guns on St. Louis buses, the Kansas City Streetcar and other forms of public transit in the state.
Missouri Gov. Jay Nixon is expected to sign into law tougher regulation of extended-service contracts, according to Scott Rupp, the state senator who sponsored the bill. It could take effect as soon as August, Rupp said last week.
