Vault 95 (Fallout 4) Vault-Tec set up Vault 95 as a rehab center for drug addicts, and did an admirable job carefully and thoughtfully treating its residents' addictions. Nice! Then five years later it popped open a secret hatch filled with a bunch of drugs just to see what would happen...
