archive folder里的邮件太多了，你可以把那些邮件移除就可以了，路径如下 C:\Users\用户名\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook
文件——新建——OUTLOOK数据文件（这时如果把收到的文件拖入此文件夹，那么邮件就都是存在本地的了！）你也可以再设置一个规则，让收到的邮件自动进入此文件夹，就不用手动拖拽了
