So I enabled fTPM again and did so, too early to tell if it fixed the issue - AGESA 1.2.0.7 did NOT fix it as mentioned before. I swapped the board for an B550M PRO-VDH WIFI (I also swapped the installed cheap Intel WIFI module with my good Intel AX210, that worked flawlessly)...
