亞足聯U-23亞洲盃(AFC U-23 Asian Cup)前身為「亞足聯U-22錦標賽」(AFC U-22 Championship))是一項每四年由亞洲足聯所舉行的洲際性的22歲以下男子足球錦標賽,參賽球隊必須是亞洲足聯成員國。第一屆賽事於2013年舉行,資格賽於2012年舉行,總決賽因為2013年東亞盃延遲至2014年1月舉行。
