HI- I loaded a font family with many weights in Adobe fonts. They all show up in InDesign but half are missing in Illustrator. I spent an hour on the phone with 2 tech support folks who had me uninstall, reboot, etc a few times and still can't get this to work. Does anyone ...
It works fine in InDesign, Photoshop and Premiere Pro. Also works fine in other non Adobe programs: word, outlook, excel. However it does not show up on Illustrator fonts. I have searched for it and manually scanned through the entries too. Just tried the things on here...
