ActiveX是控件，一般应用在windows平台，大部分浏览器都可以直接使用。Plugin是插件，一些不支持控件的程序，就只能通过插件来支持了。如果卸载了，那就失去了Flash支持，就会损失相应的功能，至于要不要卸载，楼主自己取舍吧。
