这种情况一般都是license没有装好的缘故，安装出现问题十有五六是这个问题，网上很多人都问到这个问题，最基本的就是你的360启动项中的ansys相关项没有启动，或者找到程序——ANSYS, Inc. License Manager——Server ANSLIC_ADMIN Utility，打开，点击左侧的start...，应该就能使得license启动。就是不知道...
这是许可证出了问题，建议重新安装一下许可证，如图所示，重新装一下第三个。如果还是不行，就按下图的办法，找到server anslic_admin utility,先点stop the ANSYS，lnc.license Manager ,再点run the ANSYS,lnc.license Manager.

你把所有程序——ANSYS, Inc. License Manage——Server ANSLIC_ADMIN Utility打开看看，是不是左下角所有的都running，若是没有，就先stop the ansys,inc,license manager，然后start the ansys,inc,license manager，应该就成了。最好是把360安全卫士里面的启动项关于ansys的设置为开机启动！
