不是啊。就是在做这一轮审稿的决定。很快就会有 major minor moderate的结论。
拒稿肯定是拒了，但有可能是不符合期刊投稿规定，比如投稿范围，格式错误之类的，就直接退回了。
如题，投稿后状态从with editor变成了Decision in Process，是什么意思？是要被退稿了吗？
