Same here with the 8bitdo SN30 Pro+ in xinput mode on x86_64 Linux. EDIT: Just timed it, about 30 seconds to start retroarch, another 30 to start up the snes9x core and 15 past that for the game to actually load. This bug is by no means new, but I forgot to report it back...
