It's a great pen. Heavy but I like that. I have chosen an XF, very unusual for me. And I find it very smooth for an XF. (my Cross Verve XF is smoother) Only one minor negative point: The threads on the cap sometimes make it sit askew, so you have to unscrew and try again....
