We've had our Deskjet 2755 for a while now and have had zero issues. Suddenly today it won't recognize Letter Plain Paper. It keeps detecting it as 5x7 Glossy. Plain Letter is still applied to the printer. The

Solved: 7855 new will not recognize 4x6 paper in photo tray. Only 5 x 7. Used tech support etc. will not correct. change settings then they go back - 8147729
